Connie Maheswaran figured her summer would be filled with magical adventures and spending time with her favorite human/gem hybrid. She got that and more as she, Steven, and the Crystal Gems are forced to face their pasts and how it will relate to their future.

This is a Season 5 AU that was conceived soon after the Steven’s Dream arc that premiered in January 2017. It fits into canon up until the official start of season 5, where it diverts from the Wanted Arc and the big reveal in A Single Pale Rose.
